ADSI connector create/update account task issue, unable to update mailNickname,mapiRecipient

Hi Team

 

We are seeing issue while updating mailNickname,msExchExtensionattribute16 and mapiRecipient.

The task is getting successful but without updating the above mentioned attributes in AD, below message is coming as part of accountResponse:

status:Success, message:Please check the data sent to msExchExtensionattribute16,mailNickName,mapiRecipient., messageCodes:OBJ_INFO_MSG_00005]], connectionString:LDAP://XXXX.Local:636]

 

If anybody has seen this issue before and fixed the same, Please do assist to fix.

Another update , its doable from Powershell , AD is accepting same value.

Can you check this from postman and see if you are able to update the value.

Hi Sahil

I cannot check from Postman because i cannot install it. But i did try to update using Powershell. Its updating properly in AD.

You can also try using web version of postman and you will not need to install it.
