Account-Group and Account-Role Membership Associations are missing in Saviynt for ServiceNow

Hello Team,

We have integrated ServiceNow with Saviynt as a managed application, Configured the ImportAccountEntJSON to import roles, groups, and accounts; however, Saviynt failed to import few Account-Groups and  Account-Role Associations.

Please see attached the ImportAccountEntJSON files that I have tried to use. Any assistance on this issue would be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out. Do you see any errors in the logs?

Also, Can you please refer to the below article and ensure acctEntParams is configured as per the format mentioned in the documentation?
