Access need for analytics menu

I am trying to create a custom SavRole for Access Reviewers The intention is to allow Campaign managment and access to run specific Analytics reports. I started by copying the  ROLE_SAV_CAMPAIGN_ADMIN and I am attempting to add access to analytics menus under Intelligence. 

The problem I am having is I cannot figure out how to get the Intelligence Menu to display. See Problem.png. I have added 2 analytics to the role. Attached are my Features and webservices applied to the SavRole.

Can anyone help with what I am missing or a document that describes what is needed?
