Actionable Analytics

We have an actionable analytics setup that contains three allowed action 'Accept', 'Deprovision Account' & 'Deprovision Access'. Can we show only specific allowed action like 'Accept' and 'Deprovision Account' for line items that contains Accounts and 'Accept' and 'Deprovision Access' for line items that contains access? Right now due to user error, they are selecting 'Deprovision Access' for Accounts and since it is grayed out after someone takes an action we cannot go back
Or do we have to create two reports? One with Allowed action 'Accept' and 'Deprovision Account' and the other one with allowed action 'Accept' and 'Deprovision Access'. Please let me know

• You need to create multiple report. 
• You can't add condition in Allowed action
