V2021: Emails are not triggered at Workflow

Hi Team,


Email works on account creation event success but the same email template is not triggered from approval workflow.


PFB error when am working with approval workflow.


ecm-worker","2021-11-23T14:57:47.325+0000","org.springframework.mail.MailAuthenticationException: Authentication failed; nested exception is javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: 535-5.7.8 Username and Password not accepted.


Note: we have already enabled less secure apps turn on also.


Kindly let us know if any information required to analysis.

Hi Ramana,


This is strange, if the templates configured at the endpoint works, it should work for the workflows too as they use the same SMTP configuration.


I'd suggest to post the full logs from both endpoint perspective and workflow perspective to analyze.
