Hi Team,

We have query regarding unwanted user creation, query is can we apply some condition before creating user in Saviynt?

2-3 days before We were trying to update user records in bulk & uploaded the data through CSV file,we forgot to select the filed mapping in the first row as Header.

so instead of updating existing users it created dummy users(which cannot be deleted), who doesn't have anything like first name, last name, status etc.

So can we apply some condition before it creates users, because if there is some condition of user creation(like it must have firstname/lastname), this thing can we prevented.

Thanks & Regards

Jaya karothia

Hello Jaya,

Currently, the only options availabe to be made mandatory are under Global Config  > Identity Life Cycle. Please check if you can make use of these.
