Technical Rules for bulk use cases

Hi Team,

We are using Saviynt v5.5. I have to configure technical policies for division based AD group access.

There are approximate 20 divisions & 20 different AD groups need to be mapped.

Can anyone suggest what is the best way to configure such birth right rules ?
