Cleaning up Technical and User Update Rules?

Hi,


In the development environment, we created a lot of rules that are no longer used. These rules are all currently disabled and are visible.

 

How do you usually clean up rules for other clients? Does it involve someone delete records in the hanarules table? We have at least 20 rules that needs to be removed.

Currently, we can not delete the rules. They remain in "inactive" state
