Transfer Ownership - Gets triggers Even if Nothing is to Transfer

Hello Saviynters,

We added Transfer Ownership in Termination_Rule however facing the issue with , if user who is getting terminated is not owner of any Entitlements then still Manager of this user getting an email.

Why email gets trigger if nothing is to transfer ?

What is the way out for not sending mails if nothing is to transfer.

Idea is open since year 2022 .   So if you have any idea on alternate solution to suffice our requirement kindly let us know.

You can work with CSM to prioritize idea. ALternative use analytics to send email
