We are working on an logical based application onboarding where the users will be provisioned to groups after the approvals. Generic process is that the user raises a request, receives the approvals, task will be created, and once the provisioning job runs, task will be completed and the user will be added to the entitlement after the recon.
Business requirement is that the requestor needs to receive an email(more like a welcome mail) once they are provisioned. This should happen only when the user raises request for the first time. Let's say, one week later, if the same user raises a request for a different entitlement of the same application, they should not receive this email.
Any guidance on how to achieve this will be much appreciated.

You can attached email template to task completion email for new account

@SESH yes we can attache email template in endpoint level, it will trigger based on action type
