Review Application Request Disable Submit Check-box

Hi everyone,

When the users request a new access to a new Appliaction, in the last panel named "Review", under the "Comment" text box, there is a check-box that needs to be selected in order to enable the "Submit" button.

Is there any possibility to delete that check-box and have the "Submit" button enabled without the check-box?

You can uncheck under global config - Request 

Enable acknowledgement checkbox
