Hi Team,

We have an use case to achieve where Managers can view only a specific application access of their reportee from View Existing Access tile.

Example- if reportee has 5 applications and requirement is that Manager should be only view one application access (for example AD) from View Existing Access tile.

We tried many ways but it is not giving expected results. Can you please help us on the same to achieve the case.

Regards,
Atrayee

Thank you for bringing your requirement to our attention. We appreciate your interest in our application.

Our team has reviewed your request and we are currently investigating whether it is feasible to limit a manager's view to only one specific application of their reportee from the "View Existing Access" tile. We will get back to you with our findings as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Access control system in our application is designed to allow users to have access to multiple applications and that it is not possible to limit a manager's view to only one specific application of their reportee from the "View Existing Access".But by leveraging analytics, you can gather and analyze data to create a detailed and informative report for specific application.

Saviynt OOTB feature View Existing Access shows all the access.

You cannot limit the same.

@Manu269 @DixshantValecha Can we use deep link for view existing access in emails? We tried to do that and it will trigger the email with the specific users view existing access page. However, if the user is not logged in it will land in the home page after authentication. Is there a way to land in view existing access page if the URL is pointing to that page?

As per my understanding the deeplink cannot be added for view existing access.

Also, if the user is not authenticated you may land up on providing the authentication.
