Employee Type field not getting updated for New Onboarding User via Import

Hello Saviynters,

I am following below steps to create new user in saviynt i.e onboarding new user via import file.

Step 1 : File directory --> data files --> upload new file (SchemausersecZeetexport)

Step 2 : Run FEED_IMPORT job.

Step 3 : Check the user is imported successfully or not

Result - User getting created in system with all given attributes except Employee Type.   I am passing value of Employee Type as "Contractor" however it is setting "Payroll" for newly created User.

I do have one birthright rule which executes based on Employee Type = Contractor. Because of wrong data this rule not getting trigger.

Not finding the reason that why employee type is getting set with different value when i am passing something else via Import file.

Best Regards

Shraddha

@Shraddha  can you confirm how EmployeeType mapped hardcode value or data sets through ? it is dependent on any other field ? like organization or else ?

check Employeetype fields how it mapped?

Thanks,
Raghu
