Option to re-trigger Failed Onboarding Tasks

Hi All,

We have few scenarios where user onboarding fails due to some reasons.  For eg:

Same account name already present in AD

Email Id already present in AD

AD pending task discontinued as User status was not active and other reasons for AD acccount creation failure

We would like to know if there is any way to re-trigger the provisioning rule so that the AD account can be created from Saviynt, and we do not have to reach out to application team to create the AD accounts manually at their end.

We proposed a solution through userupdate rule (trigger via UI) , if CP value is updated provisioning rules can be retriggered along with account creation.

Is there any other standard OOTB approach through actionable analytics to retrigger failed cases.

Hi @Srh2306 , update rule is the best option.

Don't see an option for account creation through actionable analytics.

@Srh2306

You can't create a new account using actionable analytics.

To create account you have to use user update rules.
