Hello,
we are trying to create Application Collections for our Business lines, following the steps here : https://docs.saviyntcloud.com/bundle/EIC-Admin-v23x/page/Content/Chapter13-Access-Requests/ars-mang-...
Problem we face is that since we have those entitlements already, we are enable to create collections.
An example we have is Oracle, since i have a default Oracle role, i'm unable to create collections for Oracles regrouping certains Entitlement to help user select the right collection.
We were really looking forward to use this fonction

In this case, application collection can be created by someone who doesn't have those roles.
Alternatively, since this is a onetime activity, you can remove those roles and create the collection and add the role again to self.

Problem that we are seeing is that if a user has an account, even if we are removing entitlements, that feature is not available, and does work with Request New Access for others, this fonction has a lot of potential but it's almost unusable 😞

Application collection feature is not working as expected even end user can add collections multiple times. And this function enhancements are not accepted and will be deprecated after neo

Not sure i understand your comment @rushikeshvartak "And this function enhancements are not accepted and will be deprecated after neo" are you saying that this feature will be discontinued ?

Yes

@rushikeshvartak do you know if there's a new feature that will do the same, or maybe we are not using the right tools in SAVIYNT, our use case is this, we have Oracle that we want to regroup 5 entitlements into one entitlement, not on the Oracle side, so it will be easier for our users to select the right entitlements for their work

NEO UI does have application collection feature.
Response when we also reported issues on application collection to support team
You can use enterprise role to achieve your use case
