Add Access issue in Salesforce

Hi Team,

We have a salesforce as application where add access is not working the way it should. Sometimes the entitlements are added from salesforce side for quick access and when the same is requested in Saviynt it says entitlement already exists and sits in pending queue with error instead of moving to completed.

Any way we can handle this in salesforce?

  • You should stop adding direct access in target 
  • in case access is added directly then you can manually close task or use enhanced query to close such task based on error
