We have a trigger chain job to import accounts and access. Single threaded accounts import job completes by 15 minutes and multi-threaded access import job takes around 2 hrs. to complete.
All operations can be done while the job is in progress. Requested entitlements are added and revoked for users .But once the access job completes all the access or accounts granted or revoked while the job was in progress in missing from entitlement hierarchy.
We found that the customproperty31 is the value when job started and is not updated with entitlements added while job is progress.
