SNOW Integration Role/Permisson

We are planning to connect SNOW using the the REST connector for Account management (Create, Update, IMport). However the Saviynt documentation does not mention which ROLE/Permission are required in SNOW to allow the APIs/scope.

we will taking Azure hosted  Saviynt EIC.  Please confirm on whether  SC2.0 client supports RHEL9 as our  internal infra team  no longer supports RHEL8.

WIN-PS Connector Authentication

The WIN-PS connector currently only support Basic authentication,  ideally  it should support/allow stronger authentication methods, e.g. certificate , etc.  Are there any other options than basic authetication.
