Did that still produces same problem I tested this same exact workflow on a different instance from one currently using and it worked on that instance correctly.

Source of request is via saviynt, going and login over the user that is requesting access and afterwards it produces requestid=0.Workflow is properly attached to add and remove access. Here is the workflow we are using for this.

Hi we tried these ${} that you suggested, all of them returned value true in the email and didn't send the actual password.
