We have a use case to modify AD Service accounts which are created in Disabled status. Requirement is to be able to modify them without enabling them.Only active accounts are visible to be selected for modify action.

We cannot remove the character, its a part of the name coming from auth source data. We have to import it.

We identified it to be a Japanese character and not an emoji, as per this article MySQL's utf8 is assumed to be 3 bytes, so it cannot handle 4-byte UTF-8.
