Hi, @rushikeshvartak Thank you for the responses to this issue. This has been resolved. It was the code in the manager attribute that causing the issue.

Here is the action string configured in the employeetype:REQ###enddate###Contractor___NREQ###enddate###3rd Party___NREQ###enddate###Customer___NREQ###enddate###Employee

Yes. We need an action string to make the end date required/not required based on the employee type. modifying the users column didn't change anything :'(
