Saviynt Catalogue - Remove access request Issue.

Hi Experts,

The task is not getting created in Saviynt for removing access through Saviynt Catalogue.

Suspected issue:

Remove Access is getting created/generated in Global Scope (Servicenow Terminology), whereas all other Saviynt catalogue items are in the "Saviynt Identity Governance" scope. In Dev Remove Access is also created in the "Saviynt Identity Governance" scope.

I have deleted the catalogue item and used the scheduled job to regenerate it, I also tried running a full import but still, the catalogue item is getting created in Global scope.

Could you please help us here?

Thanks

Hi @sandeepverma ,

Greetings.

Typically if the application scope is set as 'Saviynt IGA' then the catalog item should get generated under the scope that we've selected globally.

Try one thing, click on the 'New' button on top, which will open a pop up form to create a new catalog item. There you can check under what scope it is being created under. Screenshot 2023-06-07 at 1.07.48 PM.png

If it is showing as Saviynt, then try to create a new catalog item with all the details from 'Remove access' catalog item already present. Once it is created, delete/disable the old 'Remove access' catalog item with global as application scope. Kindly check this approach and see if it works for you.

Thanks,

Regards,
