ARS - Raise access to a role

Hi All,

We have a requirement to implement ARS for a application role which should give the user access to multiple entitlements.

I have created a role , attached entitlements and created endpoint and attached endpoint_type

However, while raising request under Role, I see individual entitlements, not the Role. Can someone suggest what am I missing?
