EIC 23.12 is now GA!

On behalf of Saviynt Labs, we are excited to announce the General Availability of EIC 23.12.

With this release, we are introducing some exciting new features dedicated to improving our platform with enhanced user experience, ongoing focus on usability and self-services.

Today, Saviynt unveils its first milestone as part of the “Neo” Experience
One of the major enhancements in 23.12 is our enhanced Access Request experience as part of Neo experience. This experience is designed to provide end users with improved usability when requesting access to their business apps, improving the usability, boosting productivity, efficiency and delivering a modern design, driven with data and feedback. Additionally, approvers will enjoy faster and more accurate decision-making as part of the enhanced experience. The Neo experience also lays the foundation for Saviynt’s EIC platform to deliver next-gen AI capabilities with planned integrations leveraging Gen-AI technologies. We will be sharing more on our AI and Neo capabilities as part of our future releases.

Starting 23.12 release, Saviynt’s certification now provides an easy and simplified view for the Secondary Certifier delegate, Secondary Certifier, and Consultee to track and manage their pending certifications directly from the Pending Certification tile on the home page. This update ensures certifiers with easy access to their items requiring their attention and improves the compliance posture for organizations.

Our CPAM users can now manage the periodic rotation of Windows service account passwords and propagate them to all dependent Windows services. Saviynt’s CPAM also automatically restarts Windows services following each periodic password rotation cycle and tracks their status to prevent cascading system failures due to out-of-sync passwords. This helps IT administrators to secure their high-value, easy to attack service accounts.

Saviynt EIC now has significantly improved capability with regards to log review of SAP Firefighter / Emergency checkout sessions. With this release, Saviynt’s integration framework allows a more secure review process by providing detailed system activity for SAP sessions by including details of audit, change, system, and transaction logs in a comprehensive review control.

Additionally, Saviynt EIC now supports ruleset deletion in the background. This will allow our users to clean up their rulesets data reliably and consistently.
