Workflow for Level 1 Manager Approval looks good, however, we are still getting error and the task is going into pending state.

If i am not mistaken the issue is not for workflow its with the task?
Can you check the provisioning comments for error task

Apologies for the delay.
You are right, issue is with the task.
When we are trying to launch a session, the task is getting stuck in pending list and we are not able to launch the session even after it is approved. Also, there are no provision comments for the task. the task creation date and task update date is same.
When we collected the logs, the first error we found was related to workflow, the one that I have shared.
Please let me know if anymore information is required in order to resolve this.

Apologies for the delay.
When we are trying to launch a PAM JIT session, the task is getting stuck in pending list after approval and we are not able to launch the session. Also, there are no provisioning comments for the pending task. The task creation date and task update date is same.
When we collected the logs, the first error we found was related to workflow, the one that I have shared. We have cross checked that the workflow is fine and that's not the issue here. However, we are still not able to understand why it is reflecting error with workflow, as mentioned in the initial query.
Please let me know if anymore information is required in order to resolve this.

@Priya : Based on issue description doesn't looks like issue is with Workflow as task is already created.

Hello,
-We are not using Quick launch option
-We have checked that Provisioning job is not working. It's not picking up the task.
-Yes, all the requirements are met: password policy, Pam config
-There is no error on the UI, just task going in pending state after approval
It's happening with 2 endpoints
