variable name for OracleDB instance name

Hi, 

In Master_db_oracle_template we have default URL jdbc:oracle:thin:@${host}:${port}:orcl.  orcl is the default Oracle instance name. In practical setups each Oracle db will have different Oracle instance name.  Looking forward for a variable name that we can use in place of Oracle hard coded instance name. 

This will automatically update the oracle instance name in provision connector during auto discovery.
