how to obtain a log when changes in entitlement owner

Is there any way that we can get a log when an owner of entitlements added or deleted ?

Entitlement History is tab where you can find history of entitlement change which is done from UI & not from Import

If it's updated by API or Import, then can we get the history in Audit log ?

also can we add a workflow in adding owners ?

From Import job you should get in application logs only & workflow for changing data on entitlement data then you can attach under entitlement type
