CPAM Server keeps disconnecting and says, "Internal server error occurred, close this window and contact your Administrator." Please suggest this issue.

1. Use case
//On-Prem server access via CPAM(Please note that It was implemented and working earlier)
2. target
//Access DWB-RADIUS01 with credential-less
3. whether this never worked at all or if it worked before and stopped now

After investigating this issue, the PAM server connection and password rotation job are failing.

@sksuresh2k30 Here are few things to check
Based on the information shared so far, this will require analysis and troubleshooting. please open support ticket with relevant details.
ex:
Use case : Launching priv session on windows onprem servers
problem statement : Launch is failing
initial analysis & observations : "save and test" on windows connection is failing
Logs: Capture the logs from Log viewer when you click on "save and test" in windows connection

Thanks for the support,
All server connections are dropping except for "192.168.1.29". I`m checking with the customer to see if they changed the password manually. Also, we opened a support ticket for this issue. Please look at my response below.
