Hi Everyone,

My team would like to know if it is possible to remove the 2 minute delay between requesting a PAM session and the session being provisioned for access? Is it possible for a user to request a session and be able to access it immediately?

@KarlaCB Thanks for posting your question. We had moved away from that option of providing the next immediate minute as start time because in most of the cases the selected time was already reached or crossed by the time user is ready to hit submit button. So, we provide 2 min delay to allow ample time for users to provide relevant comments, add attachments and review details before submitting.

Alternatively, if users are launching privileged sessions (credential-less) on Linux and Windows servers using JIT mode, you can enable Quick Access option which will allow users to launch sessions with one click. Please see the following article for more detials on Quick Access mode
