Hi Team,

When we enable the option of "update access end date" and then submit a request by extending the date, does it follow a workflow for approval and if yes do we need to define a separate one or follow the security system one?

Thanks

Hi @rushikeshvartak , does it automatically get used... or we need to enable the config or toggle a button for it?

Hi @rushikeshvartak, if I don't define the requesttype will it get auto approved?

Currently in workflow we are segregating request on the basis of entitlement and account, entitlement!=null. and we want to follow the same approval workflow as for entitlement.

Its totally based on how workflow designed.  You can test it out how it works in your case. i will suggest to add requesttype if else
