Workday RAAS: Report to Entitlement Type Mapping

Hi,

We are planning to use Workday RAAS connector for accounts and entitlement import. We have reviewed this documentation: https://docs.saviyntcloud.com/bundle/WD2-v23x/page/Content/About-this-Guide.htm

Based on this, we have some questions:

1. For each Workday report (https://docs.saviyntcloud.com/bundle/EIC-Artifacts/page/Content/Saviynt-Enterprise-Identity-Cloud-Ar...😞
1a. Is there a description available for the report? We need to distinguish which reports are for entitlements and which are for account to entitlements.
1b. There are three versions of these reports [v2.0, v1.0, Saviynt Extensions v1.0]. Which one should we download and share with the client?

2. We found the following entitlement types of Workday from here: https://docs.saviyntcloud.com/bundle/WD2-v23x/page/Content/Importing-Accounts-and-Access.htm under the Mapping Access Attributes section:
Security Groups, Domain Security Policy, Business Process Security Policy, Organization Role, Organization, Tasks and Report
2a. Do the above reports cover all of these entitlement types?
2b. Is this the complete set of entitlement types?

Please refer to the section Creating Custom Reports (saviyntcloud.com)

You can find the list of all the templates supported in the artifacts version 2.0. Please use the version 2.0 for 23.x and ignore SAV_RoleSecurityGroups if you are on version less than 23.9. As you can see from the report templates there are separate report templates for accounts and security groups.

We found the following entitlement types of Workday under the Mapping Access Attributes section:
Security Groups, Domain Security Policy, Business Process Security Policy, Organization Role, Organization, Tasks and Report
2a. Do the above reports cover all of these entitlement types?
2b. Is this the complete set of entitlement types?

Currently these are the list of entitlement types supported by the connector and should be sufficient. If you want to support any other entitlement types, please let us know the entitlement type for which you are looking for the connector to support. Accordingly, we can advise further whether this can be supported?
