We are unable to Import the User email ID from AD . Those account name does not match with SAM-ACCOUNT id.
Below is the deatils.
And if the user have multiple Ad accounts . (One account name is same SAM account and another is like privilege accounts ) if the privilege account has no email in AD and the associated account has mail. If we run account import the email is not comming into saviynt from AD.
Details are in the below saviynt incident . Please help here?
