VM Hardware Version Upgrade

Are virtual machine hardware versions 11 or higher supported?   We currently run VMware hypervisor (version 7.x).   

And will the OVA/OVF template need to be updated on the Saviynt side?

Regarding the below query

Are virtual machine hardware versions 11 or higher supported? 

Saviynt provided OVA supports vmware version VMx-14 for workstation and 7.xx is supported for hypervisor.
