user update rule is not creating the task.

Hi Team,

We have a problem with the user update rule. We made the employee_rehire user update rule, which will help create the enable account task for the rehired user.

The existing rule will trigger but it will create the task for few run's, later we need to create the new rule for the task with different name.

This issue is like inconsistent, not sure when this rule will stop to create the task, we need to monitor and then we need to create the new rule with different name.

Please help us to resolve this issue.

Thanks,

Saimeghana

Hi @saimeghana

Can you be more clearer on the issue you are facing, when you say rule will trigger for few runs and then stops.

Also is there any FD raised for this issue as it looks like you are facing the issue rules are not being run or something like that.

Thanks

Darshan

Hi Darshanjain,

Yes, the rule which is used to create enable account task, that is triggering sometimes and it will create enable account task, and after some 3 or 4 tries of that job rule will trigger but enable account task will not create.

rule is getting triggered but some number of tries it will create the task, after that rule triggers but it will not create task.

Attaching the screen shot of the rule.

Okay, but you may need to check the logs when rule is run so that we can check why the task was not created.

You can share only snippet of logs where it did not create task.

Thanks
