User Update Rule and Technical Rule

Have anyone else noticed that there are certain users Custom Property (1-65) not available in the User Update or Technical Rule?

I'm able to use it when using the Advance Query Config but not in the standard options. 

If yes, why is there this limitation?

I'm trying to search for Custom Property 33 and not able to find it. Attaching screenshot for reference.

@SowmithriV I can see  Custom Property 33 in v24.5.

Check if label of the Custom Property 33 is updated in the UI.

Rightly pointed out. I had to search it with the Label Name. Thank you @SumathiSomala.
