Getting 0 items approved and 0 items rejected

Primary checks:
1) User is already having the required SAV Role ROLE_MANAGER (Role to approve all pending request assigned to me)
2) Resource Owner Type for this application is User group, POL@UD - Gunma(UD) User is part of this group
3) Workflow works fine for other applications.
