User Old values - Email Template

Hi Everyone,

We are updating few attribute for user using API calls. Now in User history this values are visible old value and new value. I need the both the old and new values to be displayed in email template triggered.  For new value i am getting the values but for old one's I am not able get it ?

is this achievable ?

No its not supported you may need to use multiple customproperties

Ok. Is this data on email update or systemusername change is updated in any of the table as these are critical information ?
