User manager Certification Launched through User Update Rule Naming Convention

Hi,

We are launching a certification through a user update rule and trying to explore options for naming a certification. The question is whether the name of the certification can include the name of the user whose access is being certified. Current functionality is a date and timestamp by whatever the certification is named in the User Update Rule.
