Is there a way to certify accounts & entitlements on one security system and just entitlements on another in the same campaign?  I am in a 5.5 SP3 environment.  If this is not possible in 5.5, is it available later or in the roadmap?

You can try using the Advanced Campaign configuration to define queries to restrict/allow certain accounts/entitlements.

In advanced query, build a logic in Accounts Query to show only accounts from specific endpoint for which you want to review accounts

example: endpointkey in (1,2)
