User Manager Campaign not including Inactive Saviynt Profiles in the Campaign. Is this an expected behaviour? Also, let me know if there is a way to include these users?
I do see Entitlement Owners include Inactive Saviynt Profiles without any issue.
Try to launch Application Owner Campaign and it should include inactive users in the campaign.
