Hi,
currently we are creating AD account with 5 days before the start date of the user.
Now customer has a scenario where on the last day of joining, employee can say "I am not joining" but the account is already created.
In this case, the user profile is deleted from the workday. Now, in Saviynt we can 2 status ie active and inactive.
We have an option to inactivate the user in Saviynt when not found in feed. But on termination also we are making the user inactive in Saviynt.
For Rescind - AD Account should be deleted
For Termination - AD Account should be disabled.
How we can let saviynt know that this is a rescind usecase and not the termination?

Hi @Shubhamjain27 , is authoritative source sending any property for rescinded user? Or maybe create the task on startdate only

Along with User inactive status based on flags on users customprooerty you can disable/ delete account

You should get additional flag from workday to achieve this use case

Rather than relying on "user missing from import" option, ask Workday team to setup another RAAS report for Rescinded Hires/modify existing RAAS to include them. Based on that set some status/CP in saviynt to trigger the rules accordingly. Even though during Rescinds, the workday record is deleted, this can be pulled in RAAS using Workday Action Event business object. We were able to achieve this.
