User Access Campaign Index Error

When we try to launch the UAR Campaign in preview mode  we are seeing the error.
When configuring in Preview Mode Saviynt is giving an error of "There was some problem with Index Creation"

Has anyone faced this issue before and any suggestions or workaround?

  • issue is with elastic search.
  • Please create new campaign with different  name 
  • if issue persists, raise support ticket for elastic index issue

We tried with different campaign name as well and still see the same error.

Updated elastic store settings for connection and socket timeout to 900,000 and 1200,000. However we still see the same error while campaign launch -

ecm-worker-campaigns.CampaignService-quartzScheduler_Worker-6-8vhpc-DEBUG-Threshold limit exhausted. Changing campaign status to error.

Issue got resolved after connecting with Saviynt team. There was some data issue alongwith setting updated for elastic data store which resolved the issue.
