Usage of Dataset for Job Functions

Hi,

We have a requirement to gather Job Functions information of the users in Saviynt and execute some rules based on the job function that is entered for the users.

To gather the job function for each team, we need to have the data stored in Saviynt. This has to be implemented enterprise wide. so it is a data that would be growing, changing and so on. 

We are thinking about using Datasets to create the Job Function with Id and name attributes.  Can Dataset be used for these usecases for growing set of Data? Does anyone have any idea or recommendations for this usecase?

You can use dataset but please note maximum entries can be 10000 in one dataset

Is there any other way except Dataset to store data in Saviynt?

• You can use dataset and create multiple dataset with _2 _3 sequential names
• Other create entitlement type where you can add n entitlement values
