Update history showing field updated but actual field having old value

Hello,
We have configured a jar file which simply update one custom property 4, its showing as updated in user history but in actual field its showing old value.

This issue occurring intermittently.

Is anybody has any comment or suggestion on this?

It may be API issue. you can use postman runner and try testing same. if this issue replicable

its giving same issue for the Saviynt DB import job as well, for both Jar and Saviynt DB import, facing same issue.
