Update Account_entitlement by either API or csv file

We are about creating record for disconnected app access certification. 

Please let us know a way to upload account_entitlement information with csv file or saviynt api. 

for csv, please share us sample heading and which page to upload 

for api, please share us url and sample payload.

Click on Preview & upload & select columns if not populated

Thanks. Is approle entitlement type in this case?

Should i add entitlement values in this column? 

Is this possible via api as well when creating account? I am thinking to automate this with api.

Yes approle is Entitlement type & yes values needs to be added in column
