Unable to reach users manger mail

Hi Team

I am trying to reach user's manager when user is trying to request an application.

I made a workflow and and email template and attached  it to security system, but it didn't get mail to users manager.

Please find attach, workflow and email template.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi @GoutamAhirwar 

 

Please use ${assignee.email}  in your to field of the email template. Using ${manager.email} should also work. (making m lowe case)

m should be small case 

${manager.email} / ${assignee.email}
