Unable to log in to Saviynt Customer Support Portal

Hello, 

I need to log into the Saviynt customer support portal to chase up a ticket however when I log in I am shown the old portal which keeps redirecting to itself. I am shown this screen:

When I investigated the developer logs I am shown it is returning a status code of 302 (Temporary Redirect).

I have cleared my cache and tested logging into the portal on a different device and on a different browser and I'm shown the same error. Other colleagues of mine are also able to log into the portal with no errors.

Can you help?
