Trigger Email Notification when a user gets added or removed from entitlements

Is there a way to trigger an email notification to a group owner or a to a specific mailer group  when a user gets added or removed from an entitlement, we are not using ARS.

Then how users would be added/removed from the entitlement?

Hi @Asd ,

Use email template at endpoint configuration to configure add or remove entitlement.

Admin > Identity Repository > endpoint > Add Email Templates

• You can add DL in bcc of email templates.
• Email template can be attached to Endpoint Level or workflow Level
