Hi,
When a new user is created from UI, we need to send 2 separate emails once all approvals are completed.
In the workflow,after approval is completed, we configured firstly "Grant Access" activity and then "Grant Access Service" activity, one after the other having both separate email templates.
But on running the email history job, we are getting only the email present in "Grant access" activity. The second email is not triggered.
Please let me know how to implement above functionality?
We also tried to configure the workflow, in which both the Grant Access are placed parallelly, but still the activity "Grant Access" is triggered and not the other one.

I believe we can send only 1 email template on grant access. Please check xml option if that helps!
