task is moving to completed state

the account current status is suspended from import services. i have triggered the technical rule for create account. saviynt created a New account task however to moved to completed state.

I completely understand that in target system the account is inactive.

1. All am trying to understand is the behaviour why it marked as completed?
2. How to make sure these task wont move to completed state automatically?
3. what does this means  Task Removed from preValidation.?

ZERO DAY No action required. Task Removed from preValidation.

Checking DN for uid=e.xx,ou=xx,dc=xx,dc=edu.FOund an inactive account -uid=e.xx,ou=xx,dc=xx,dc=edu and the attributes-[:] match so using that instead of creating a new one as the account is inactive.

This is product behavior if account is inactive new task will be marked as completed its not configurable

Hi @iam09 if the account is inactive it should ideally me having a inactive status in saviynt.

Can you check if the account really is inactive in target?
